I ordered sunglasses on 1/19/13 and I was promised by Becky S of Opticsfast.com that sunglasses would be out for delivery within 72 hours as of purchase date 1/19/13.

I called Wednesday 1/23/13 and after 18 minutes of holding, Arial told me that I should call the next day for status. 

I called again on Thursday 1/24, and after waiting and having to call back numerous times due to repeated hang-ups by their phone system, Jenny told me that Arial would call me back within a couple of hours for order status information.   Ariel did not call, nor did anyone else from Opticsfast.com.  I sent email messages and still no response. 

I called again on Friday 1/25/13 (the same extensive waiting times on hold and hang-ups), and spoke with Jenny (again) who told me "their has been another person assigned to your order and unfortunatley she is out today... you will need to call back again another day."  I told Jenny that I paid $15.00 for two-day shipping and asked why I had to be the one calling back for order status?  I asked Jenny for a supervisor, and she told me she was a supervisor.  I asked Jenny if I may speak to her manager, and Jenny told me there was no one else above her.  I asked Jenny to speak to the owner of the company and Jenny told me that the owner does not take any calls.

Given all this, I requested to cancel the order and Jenny said that I would be charged a 20% cancellation fee.  I asked why if it was the fault of Opticsfast.com that did not uphold their promise to deliver?  Jenny said she had no authority to waive fees and that she did not care if I posted this incident on the internet.  

Soon after cancellation, I received an email fom Becky S:

"I emailed for inquiry and they advised us the frames were ordered and does take a few weeks to arrive.  As soon as it does, I will email you. Becky S.Customer Service"

I replied via email:
"Too late.  I already cancelled order per conversation with Jenny.  I already purchased other frames. DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR FRAMES I ALREADY CANCELLED!"

Becky S. replied:

"I already forwarded to your bank and showed them the order you placed and if not paid we will just put it in collection.  Becky S."

**CONCLUSION:  Opticsfast.com is a THIRD PARTY vendor.  They do not have the frames. They take your money, stall you, and then threaten you if you cancel your order.  

I feel stupid for not reading their references.  ---Hopefully, this will help you to stay clear from Opticsfast.com!
