These guys take small companies public and use investors money to take them public the companies are usually start-up garbage. They have shows in their upstairs offices to promote these companies in Vaughan. They bring a few wealthy individuals and money managers into these presentations but also fill the room with friends and family who pretend to be investors, just so it seems like they're bigger than they are. They over-value companies and raise cash for these companies to go public. The issues are that they've failed on all of their recent attempts. Then they also get the companies to give them a pile of free stock "for services". 

The problem is that all of the companies they've pitched me have all tanked - I didn't invest but a friend of mine has invested in a few companies and has lost a lot of his retirement savings. 

The problem is that they've asked for 25 cents a share or 15 cents a share on the meetings that i've been at and they get stock for FREE so that when the company goes public they can sell at any price they want and profit, and they leave the investors behind. The two presentations I attended, the companies seemed legit but I am SO HAPPY I didnt actually invest - but I know people that have.

PUREBASE = they asked for $5 a share - its now trading at $0.15 per share!

ABBA MEDIX  = they asked for $0.25 a hare and its now trading at $0.15

FNHI = they asked for $0.14 US and its now trading at $0.04

But the stranges thing is that they all live in huge houses from what I'm told. Bernaudo drives either his Ferrari, BWM, Mercedes, or other car. Carr drives a brand new Jag. Marchese drives a nice BWM and they all have the latest and greatest.

I've followed up with a lot of the of these companies because of my background and curiosity and not ONE of them said anything good about these folks. I feel bad because I was the one that brough my two friends, altough I didnt invest - one did and the other passed away, so i'm not sure if he did or not. 

I've been told that they're now working on a marijuana deal with our old chief of police Julian Fantino - I havent been to any presentations about it, but Im staying away!!!!

MY advise - stay away! Ask them for success stories or references before you invest with them and know the rules before you do, i'm sure there are a lot of illegal things they've been doing.
