If any one else is having issues with Option One and or the so called new mortgage servicing company AHMSI ..PLEASE contact the attorney generals office and the local FBI office.
They are notorious for holding payments and saying they didn't receive them even when they are sent via certified mail and you have a signature. These people are crooks and unless everyone fights back they will continue to get away with this fraud and forclose on innocent people.
They also paid my property taxes on the 1/5/08 but never notified me. After my check to the property office was returned due to the taxes already being paid they waited till june to send me a demand letter increasing the taxes by 3 times trying to force me into paying them in escrow.
I called option one and their response to me was" if I had paid them in a reasonable amount of time they wouldn't have had to pay them."
Most mortgage companies don't step in for atleast 4 or 5 months. They are doing this on purpose to force you to pay them now.
Please fight back and tell as many people as you can to do the same.
