optum RX optum RX is risking lives Lancaster OHIO

These people have refused to cover a life sustaining Asthma medication.  They were adamant that I pay up front for the mediciation, knowing I did not have the ability to pay for the full supply.  I requested that they authorize I one time approval for my breathing medication at my local pharmacy, however, the customer service rep., Alicia refused to give the authorization.  I ended up in the ICU at the hospital and upon my release, she still refused to assist me.  These people are going to end up killing people by refusing life sustaining medication.  They are ruthless and unethical and NEED to be shut down!!!!
