I bid and won 2 photos... I paid (after an OUTrageous fee to send pictures - $20 for handlng - actual postage $4.95!!!) .. When I received the photos they had a disgusting mildew odor... the auction house had the gall to say it was MY fault because I didn't ask them!!! WHY would I ask about a smell, when the description says that the photos had age to their condition...I wouldn't even think of asking about a smell, that should have been an automatic no brainer addition to the description! It took a third email for them to respond and they will not take them back nor issue a refund. This is the pits of a place, when they cannot be honest enough to disclose the true condition and above all, not to take it back because of the smell.
I have dealt with a ton of auction houses and never returned anything - they always have a FULL COMPLETE description.. not this place! Will never buy from them again...Horrible way to do business..
