Orange County Superior Court Commissioner Renee Elise Wilson incompetent Orange California

My wife and I were separated for 15 years until we finally got divorced this year. My wife's attorney wrote the settlement agreement which we both signed, but then 2 weeks after the divorce was entered my wife files for a TPO, claiming she saw me outside her apartment at 5:30 am, sunday morning taking pictures of her apartment. That's it, no statement of harassment, no complaint about harrasment; just that she saw me outside her apt taking pictures. I live in a different state, several hundred miles away, as clearly stated on the TPO form, but this incompetent judge granted her the TPO based on just her accusation, causing me considerable amount of expense and trouble to defend myself, and in the end my wife got what she wanted which was a change in the custody orders that she couldn't get in the divorce. The whole court system in Orange county is a monkey circus.
