Orange TKO Industries Returned product and have not been reimbursed for the cost. Internet

I am the owner of a home based cleaning business that was using Orange TKO to clean my clients home.  I had been using the product for 2 years.  I discovered a more superior all natural product and contacted Jerry Brown in regards to returning the four 3.8L jugs that had not been used.  I was told that I would have to ship the product back to them at my expense and would be charged a re-shelving fee.  Jerry informed me that once they received it my credit card would be reimbursed.  I shipped the product to them in July 2012.   After confirming through the shipper that the product was received by them and having my credit card not being reimbursed I repeatedly tried to contact someone at Orange TKO.  All my calls went directly to voice mail.  I eventually spoke to Jerry who stated that he was out of town and did not credit my Visa because he did not have the expiry date of my card.  I found it strange as it should have been on file, seeing as it was the same card I used to make purchases through them.  I gave him the numbers he required and told him I expect it within the week.  After still not being reimbursed I contacted William Tufts.  Mr. Tufts did an awesome job of being outraged by this and was concerned about how I got his phone number and said he would look into it.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who has yet to contact anyone in regards to this matter.  Two months later and I have not been reimbursed, nor has anyone returned any of my calls.
