Oranum Ripped Me off during a private reading Internet

I decided to go on Oranum because I wanted private readings done. The first guy known as "DeepSol" didn't answer my questions. He just sat there for most of the reading trying to appear as if he was thinking until he could give me an "answer". More like a lie. He was just very vague and time was running out. I asked him about the field I'll go into or decide for grad school and all he said was,"are you thinking of the medical field? You're very focused and ect ect." but didn't go in depth. He danced around my questions without answering them. Or with past lives I was asking about who I was and all he said that I was female. 

With "CrystalPowers" i thought that maybe I'd have better luck with her cause she has 5 star ratings. She was extremely rude and I asked her about careers/jobs. Crystal basically got mad and said,"I can't just pull a career out of a hat. No reader can do that!" And when I asked about grad school she said,"Nope can't answer that either." I tried phrasing things in a way she would answer but instead I got yelled at via chat until she finally decided to answer part of my question about what sort of field related job I'll get once I'm applying along with the possible time frame. Like honestly what was I was supposed to ask? 

These "readers" are fake and its more like a hit or miss on this site. The very first reader I had wasn't rude or unprofessional like these two that I've had. I'm never going on this site again because they wasted my time. They took forever to get to the point and CrystalPowers just doesn't have patience.
