Orbit Telecom Fraudulent Scam seems like their fishing Nationwide Internet

Well we have taken a number & joined the rest of those who were scamed into this service. After seeing this on our phone bill I called them. They said that ***** had signed up for this service in November. I told them I wanted it stopped. After looking around the net I found that this is an ongoing scam to lure people into their service. I sent them this email it is in reverse order with their reply first:

Hello ******

Thank you for contacting us. As per your request we have cancelled your
account and issued you the following credits:

1. Set Up $12.95 (plus tax) 11/15/2004
2. Recurring $14.95 (plus tax) 12/14/2004
3. Recurring $14.95 (plus tax) 1/14/2005


You will see these credits on your monthly telephone statement within
one
to two billing cycles.

I want a refund of all charges brought against this account. I was not notified that I signed up for this voice mail as we do not even need it.
My name is not on the account for the phone # charged but my husband is. You had no legal right to ok & set up this account without his permission. If we do not receive a total refund of charges we will take legal action.
We do not seem to be the only one's with a problem with your business practices.


We will see if they do what they say
