I AM NOT EVEN SURE HOW I ENDED UP WITH THIS 12.95 CHARGE BUT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT THERE WAS NOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER ON MY BILL TO CALL THEM BACK BUT I SAW THIS ON THE INTERNET AND THANKS TO YOU FOUND THE NUMBER TO CALL AND ASK THEM TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT.
