just who IS THIS COMPANY ???? and billing me thru "enhanced services billing, inc. (ESBI) thru e-net search i see that the FTC had complaint and settlement with said company and this kind of thing was susposed to have been stopped. oviously IT HAS NOT. i have called and the kindest lady said that i would be removed from their list, we'll see. I will not pay their bill, and my phone company knows it.
