On July 22nd I went thru Orbitz to reserve Gallery One Ft Lauderdale hotel from Aug7,2016-Aug 10,2016, I was told I was getting the best price, after my stay upon checking out the hotel gave me a a receipt for $541.38 Orbitz charge my account $631.37 ..I have contacted Orbitz and no one can tell me y I was overcharge.I feel they stole my money and r refusing to give me my money back..if this is a service fee then I should have been made aware prior to booking I certainly would have book with someone else..
