Orbitz ripoff Looses Charge Back and Sends to Collection Agency Chicago Illinois

Purchased airfare;

Orbitz made error in transaction;

Orbitz would not correct;

Had to purchase new fare;

ChargedBack;

Orbtiz sent to Collection Agency;

Collection Agency Reported to Credit Reporting Agencies.

If this describes your situtation too, please contact me immediately. I am filing lawsuit in Kansas Federal District Court. If there are many individuals that have been effected we will convert to a National Class Action.

This is not a "wish" or "empty handed ploy"; if your injuried by Orbtiz or sister companies and your chargeback ended up with FNCS Collections Agency please contact me asap.
