Organica Network Organica sent merchandise and charged my credit card after I had cancelled the subcription that I didn't even know I had. ripoff Internet

I received an email to try Nitetrim free of charge, all I had to pay was the S&H. I found out from Ripoff that someone else did this and was sent another package and chrged a lot of money so I called Organica and cancelled. This was on 21Jul07. Four days later I noticed a charge on my CC from Organica. I called them and said I cancelled on 21Jul07, gave them the cxl # and asked why am I being charged $52.90.

The customer service agent said an order was sent out on the 23Jul07 in error and when I receive it to just send it back and write "Return to Sender" and the return authorization number on the package. She gave me the number. It's five weeks later and I still have not received the package.

I contacted my CC and advised them of the unauthorized charge and when they contacted Organica they said they never received the return package. I explained it was never recieved. I have tried calling the 2 numbers my CC agent gave me for Organica and they have both been disconnected. I am still persuing the situation.I have emailed Organica stating it was their error in sending the package as I clearly cxld prior to shipping and that I want the charge removed from my CC.

I have not heard back from them.
