Orient Express Ruined my car with leaking takeout bag, tried to call my work, would not refund, discrimination Joplin, Missouri

I called in an order for takeout delivery on my lunch break. I picked up the order and placed in on the front seat of my car. At a stop light I opened the bag a noticed that all the sauce and spilled into the bag and all the napkins and utensils were soaked in brown oriental, then it started leaking all over the seat of my car. I became really upset because I could not eat my meal and it cost me $6.05, and it was dripping all over my car. I called them immediately to tell them of the situation, and they told me they could not do anything to help because the bag was fine when I left the restaurant. Then I became angry with them for their faulty logic and lack of concern for me as a customer.

They even told me that I was probably a bad driver and that is why it leaked all over my car. I had my work I.D and badge on there and she threatened to call my supervisor.  I told my supervisor and she said she had similar problems with them on a large order for the a group at work. She said that could no longer order from them because all their orders were soaked with the sauce and they could not eat. I told the Orient Express manager this and she did not care. She still insisted on keeping my lousy $6.05 our of here ignorance, pride and poor business practice.

I even warned her that I would post negative reviews and she did not seem to care. I think that she was being racist because I can't see how she would have treated anyone else this way. Then I get a call from a Joplin police office saying that if I ever go there again or call there, she will press charges. I told the officer that I would not be calling her or going there and neither would all the people I told my story to at work. I filed a report with the BBB as well, and if she does contact my work, I will sue her for liable and slander and I will own Orient Express. Then I will put the food in better containers and treat others the way I would want to be treated.
