Original Keyless Product never received and no proof of shipment. Prescott Valley, Arizona

7/25/08 - I placed an order on www.originalkeyless.com and received and autoreply e-mail the same day confirming my order and a $67.49 charge to my visa.

8/7/08 - I have not received the product, so I sent a follow up e-mail requesting a tracking number.

8/10/08 - I received a reply to my 8/7 e-mail stating that the product was shipped 7/31/08 and providing a USPS "Signature Confirm" number. Using this number on www.usps.com showed only "electronic shipping info received", which does not show any proof of actual shipping.

8/20/08 - I left a voice message at 928-772-3420. I did not receive a return call or e-mail.

8/22/08 - I sent a follow up e-mail stating that I had not received my order or proof of shipment and that I was considered about the transaction.

8/25/08 - I received a reply to my 8/22 e-mail stating that Original Keyless was shipping a replacment order to my address and requested me to confirm my address. I replied immediately to confirm my address and again stress my concern. I requested a tracking number or some proof of shipment.

8/26 /08 to 9/2/08 - I attempted to contact Original Keyless several times at 928-772-3420, but received a recorded voice message each time.

9/3/08 - I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge from Original Keyless. I also sent an e-mail to Original Keyless notifying them of the dispute and asking them to cancel my order because I found an alternate vendor for my keyless remote.
