Orion "OP1” Yizhak also known as "Orion Peace” is a record producer and music artist who has worked with Snoop Dogg, Davido, Dr. Dre, Teairra Marí, Rakim, Stephen Marley and Cassidy among others. He contacted Steven Anthony Wills and Krystin Alexis Wills dba National Treasures/Stefanos Yohannes, LLC. for his marketing and merchandising needs.
Early on, Orion violated his contract during the working relationship between the parties (Wills & Wills). Orion stole the intellectual property that was provided to him, he used the products and services in question after failing to pay in full that which was owed to Wills & Wills. He paid the retainer fee but was unavailable for comment or communications when the remaining balance was required of him.
Later, it was discovered that Orion used the intellectual property, marketing concepts and designs provided without the proper clearance to do so. Due to Orion’s unprofessional conduct, he forfeited his deposit and received no further services. Wills & Wills have over forty years of industry experienced combined and can happily report that every client has been beyond satisfied with their quality services.

Steven Anthony Wills Stefanos dba Wills and Wills made a false allegation here. Orion paid in full for the services of graphic design and the production of T-shirt’s. Wills and Wills never provided the T-shirt’s and never responded to any of Orion’s attempts to resolve the matter.
Fortunately, there is evidence of both Orion’s payment to Steven in an invoice that states what Steven was being paid to do. There is also evidence of the numerous attempts Orion made to resolve the matter. Steven’s False allegation here will is negated by hard evidence and a feeble attempt to retaliate at the reputation of a world class business man and man of great integrity.
