With Identity theft so prevelant it is important that they honor the agreement to not open the mail when it arrives in someone else's name.

I.D. Theft is rampant and can strike at any time by ORLANDO OFFICE CENTER at all their locations opening mail we their clients are being exposed to or private infomation being shared without our consent.

ORLANDO OFFICE CENTER need to stop opening the client's mail and merely put it in the mailbox or get big enough envelopes to mail - we pay enough per month that they can afford appropriate sized envelopes or contact the client and get permission to open or mail.

Otherwise, this is FRAUD and a blatant disrespect for our rights.
