Orologio of the short hills mall RON OPPENHEIMER Took them over 6 months to repair a watch when I went to pick it up the mgr. "Ron's" behavior was not only unprofessional but bordering on the absurd. Can't believe a compnay has a person like this w Paramus and Short Hills, New Jersey
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: We're sorry!
They had watch for over 6 months on a repair. Forget about unprofessional when I picked up the watch the mgr. "ron's" behavior was bordering on crazy...I think he may have forgotten his meds that day. This is the worst retail experience I have ever had. Also, have been unable to get anyone in charge. Called the Short Hills store and although they were nice enough they could not help me to reach a corporate office.

As a store specializing in watch sales and service for close to seventeen years we pride ourselves on our good service. We have one of the finest watchmakers in the industry and service more than three thousand watches a year.
I wish we had more info on this so we could follow up. I understand that this individual was unhappy that the repair took six months. When a repair takes this long it is usually due to unavailability of parts. If the manufacturer is waiting for those parts to come in from Switzerland or elsewhere, all we can do is wait, and try to communicate our customer's frustration. Unfortunately, we are in the middle in situations like this, and we understand if customers sometimes take out their understandable frustrations on us. We always do our best to expedite our customers repairs, while insuring that the work is done properly and to the highest standards.
If this individual would like to get in touch we will do our best to make this up to them in the future.
