Oryan / Mallforall / Shop'n 2000 Oryan / NADN (mallforall/Shop'n 2000) sells worthless web 'business' that has no hope of paying off long term promissary note. This is a ripoff scam. Ontario California

In 2003 my wife made our third purchase from this organization(s). I've been very skeptical from the beggining yet she assured me that the 'tax credits' were legitimate and the notes would take care of themselves. For two years I filed the forms related to the tax credit based on Americans With Disabilities Act.

The 2nd year my suspicions remained and I ultimately spoke to a lawyer at NADN went to great pains to 'reassure' me on the legitimacy of these ventures.

All along my biggest concern has been the promissary note with the 8 year term and the accruing interest. When I read their literature it seemed persuasive that the 'business' would pay off the note as my wife said. Still I was never really comfortable with the venture(s).

It is obious to me now that note repayment is not going to happen no matter how much you 'work' the 'web site' because this whole venture is an up-front scam.

My second conern was the legitimacy of the ADA tax credit that we have filed two years in a row, and which this evening I was preparing to do yet a third time. It is appearing that this too may be illegal and the IRS will need to be reimbursed with interest and penalties. I will not file these form for this years purchase since I now believe it to be illegitimate.

Tonight I reviewed the paperwork from Oryan on the mallforall.com site and then visited the site we were sold. I was shocked to see that the products are bogus. They are junk and the prices are off by several orders of magnitude! No purchases would ever take place on this site. I visited Oryan's own web site and was startled to find how unprofessional it is.

When I reached this badbusinessbureau.com and rippoffreport.com sites tonight in a Google search and began to read the postings, all my suspicions were confirmed. We are, in fact, dealing with scam/rip-off artists.

I will join any and all of you to bring about justice for us victims.

The war has begun; my juices are flowing. Oryan/NADN will come to regret selling any of this to my wife and I.
