The author that goes by the name of "stacy" is major jay crose .Unfortunate he is a major at the osceola county sherriffs office in kissimmee florida he thinks that in order for someone to complain about police corruption agains't his department the person has to speak perfect english and have perfect grammar ..This is the kind of person that we have as a "Public servant "  This guy defines the meaning of police corruption his department should have the doj come in and clean house he is a criminal and get's away with it on a daily basis .Maybe someone who cares with authority reads this and comes after this guy he is a bully with authority and he affects alot of families with his police corruption and abuse of authority he breaks the color law everytime he wears his badge .Email me and i will prove it.
