OSP COMMUNICATIONS Billed me $19.04 for a collect call from Mesa, AZ Nevada? Internet

On my September 2007 bill from AT & T I saw a collect call from Mesa, AZ. I don't know anyone in Arizona and I only have this phone line for DSL.

I called AT & T who directed me to OSP. I called the billing resource, the guy gave me a reference number and said the charge should be taken care of in 2 - 3 billing cycles.

In December 2007, I called to ask why hadn't the charge been corrected yet. The billing resource people were very rude, and I asked for a Supervisor. She came on the line and said the only way they can take it off is if I provide PROOF of where I was at the time, like a receipt, time punch report, etc.

I argued with her for a few minutes and then hung up out of frustration.

So here I am goggling OSP and find rip off report, and am truly disgusted that things like this can go on and nothing be done about it.

My next steps are to write to the BBB, FTC and Fraud Dept at AT & T. Sometimes I think about just paying the $20.58 to get it out of the way, but then I snap back into reality and get upset at this injustice.
