Osvaldo Ozon; Auction Direct Inc. Auction Direct Inc. fradulant, deceptive, misleading Opalocka Florida

This company is located in Florida and lists rebuilt (salvage) vehicles for sale on Ebay motors sight.  The vehicles are described as being in excellent mechanical condition and outstanding rebuitl body condition.   The company in it's Ebay description notes deliveries to all states.  Apparently the Auto Auction Direct  Inc. (Ozon) has been able to  pepetuate it's fraudulant practices on Ebay since 2009.  Osvaldo Ozon (owner) shipped a rebuilt vehicle to me upon receiving my payment.  The vehicle arrived with engine check light on which of course means it will not pass my states emmission test without repair.  Upon taking the vehicle to my mechanic the repair bill amounts to well over three thousand dollars with more to come!.   The mechanic's list of repairs must be completed prior to determining what is wrong with the jerky transmission.

   Apparently this Ozon thief has done the same to other consumers, beware... do not lose your money to this crook.  I made a bid, but was not the original auction winner for the vehice.  Ozon sent me a message informing me that I had a second chance because the winning buyer did not send in the required deposit (what a  lucky person, wish I had done the same!)  I placed a deposit through paypal and then sent the required balance to Ozon.  I should have suspected something wrong when he would not accept the balance through paypal.  So, the transaction was completed around Ebay, therefore they won't provide any assistance.  Ozon is crooked and of course has ignored all of my messages.  

Do not do business with his company.  I have demanded my money be returned and have been ignored.  The vehicle was presented as being in "amazing" shape.  Also the accessories promised with the sale were not delivered.  The Ozon goal appears to be to find a sucker from another state and ship out a piece of junk with the transaction being around ebay so that the consumer can't file a complaint through ebay therefore Ozon can continue to revel and deceive buyers with his present "excellent" ebay customer satisfaction reviews which are probably bogus.  Oh well... lesson learned.
