Otartel Just call me Stupid! Then add me to the list of those scammed by Otartel!!! New York New York

Trying to save a few bucks on Christmas gifts this year, I placed two orders with Otartel for a total of $305. I rec'd a USPS tracking number but it was deemed "undeliverable" and returned to the sender. I wrote Otartel and was told that they would re-send my package.

Strangely enough, another message indicated that the package with that tracking number had been sent from Otartel's zipcode but was delivered to a zip code adjacent to mine. I spoke with that post office's manager who was so suspicious that she had the carrier retrieve the package and bring it back to the post office so that she could scan the front of the parcel and then return the package to the mailbox: Otartel was not the sender and neither was I the addressee.

I have filed a complaint with USPS inspector John Walker, the NY State Atty, the BBB, etc. I'd like to see these scammers get what they deserve. If anyone has other suggestions, please let me know.
