OTTICANET they do not give refund at all, and do not answer your straight questions. they keep silent as if it's not their business at all. they steal money, never send on time your purchase. company only steals money from customers, no refund, they wait when your paid money is cleared, no contact, takes a long time to get an answer, never buy from them,the worst company ever to deal with. brooklyn, New York

i purchased from the eyeglasses unfortunately. instead of 3 -4 business days they sent me glasses only in 2,5 weeks.i suspect, they were waiting for the money to be cleared,that's it.

when i received them (they promised free prescription lenses) it was the worst thing i ever wore. after wearing glasses in 5 minutes i felt headache, was dizzy, my eyes felt such bad tension.

 i went to my optician and independant one. both of them told me that the pupillary distance is only 58, though otticanet company told me it's 60.moreover, opticians explained to me, the lenses were made of such a terrible material, and the curve of glasses is wrong totally. 

I wrote to www.otticanet.com and told them i'd like to make a return.

they started writing me stupid advices: go to the optician or their optician said, there's nothing wrong with the glasses, something's wrong with my eyes. doesnt it sound stupid and dumb???

they wrote me i can send them glasses back only after they send me the reference # and 3 copies of invoice for italian customs.

what do think they do?

nothing. they try to make me to pay for FREE prescription lenses though there's nothing like this in their return policy, that everybody who purchased glasses from them has to pay for that.

all over and all over again they writing me stupid advices to go again to optician and they do not  send you the invoices at all. 

you are in a circle. they do not accept returns without these invoices and they do not send them to you.

they will not give you refund if you do not agree to pay for FREE lenses and for shipping back.

by the way, they have only 10 business day for return. after that they will accuse you that they havent received the item on time, so, it means, you will not receive the refund. 

thus, they have your money and their glasses. and you have nothing.

 they are located in italy. they send you the same messages making from you dumb and stupid person.

they pretend to have a good customer service but they defend not customers' rights but their profits only. i lost about $200 because of them.not a big deal for some people, but in tis case money is not the matter. how they treat customers, you can already see from mentioned above...
