Otto Pharmacy i paid $240 via money gram for drugs on 2nd october and i still havent received my good or refund

I oredered some drugsfrom Ottopharmacy online and paid $240 by western union to a person called Anthony White on 2nd october

The next day i received a call from someone from the company  saying that i needed to check my email and  that i needed to follow the instuctions of what i was told to do in the email . The moment i heard his strong foreign accent and his poor english , i started to worry cause he didnt sound american. he also particularly told me to check my junk mail.

 I was expecting mail from ottopharmacy but instead when i checked my junk mail i received correspondence form an international cargo service ie a "shipping company"saying i needed to pay  insurance cover before my goods could be shipped to me and i needed to pay insurance fee of $1600 which was (refundable )and tax duties of $25 so a total of $1625 to cover my goods .

I contacted Ottopharmacy again saying i wasnt going to pay such a large amount of money without any guarrantees and could i have a refund and could they cancel my order 

But they insisted that my goods were stuck with immigration and i needed to pay the refundable insurance fee and unless i did so there was nothing they could do . I emailed and inqured serveral times but alas they were repeating the same thing and i just had a very bad vibe that they wanted to scam more money from me so i sent no more money and i never heard any thing back from them and they  still have not refunded my money or sent me my goods
