Our 365 Portraits Portrait package with lots of catches. Gilbert Arizona

We had a photographer come to our home and take portraits of our newborn, the offer: one free 5x7 portrait and no sitting fee. The photographer came and took a lot of great pictures, we purchased -from the photographer- a package that included three more sittings and with each a 5x7 portrait, also included in this package, one 8X10 and a calendar. It was a good deal for 75 dollars.

However, when the sales lady came to our house she aggressively tried to upsell the package. Turns out the if you don't buy more pictures, they won't edit or crop the ones you already bought. So we ended up spending 75 dollars on a calendar, and a 5x7 and an 8x10 both of these pictures look awful because the subject of the photo only takes up about 25% of the page (because they wouldn't crop and center them).

We still have three prepaid sessions, but I don't think we will use them because I would never want to deal with the sales staff in my home again. It was uncomfortable having to say again and again that we couldn't afford the pictures.
