I ordered 6 tumblers online after seeing an ad on Facebook at the beginning of December. Items were never shipped. Attempts to contact the seller's customer service have been largely unsuccessful, resulting in barely literate responses that do not offer to refund money or ship the tumblers. Yet I continue to see ads for this company on Facebook.
