Placed an order and used my visa card to pay on August 27. Could not get on there web page to check my order. My password and user name would not work. Tried to call but no one ever answers a phone. Left messages with only one reply that made no sence at all. Product said in stock when I ordered. Now at this point no email replys no phone calls answered. They took me for my money.
