Outz's Photography of Winder, Georgia should be oops I ripped you off.

I just got married on September, 22 2001, My wedding was suppose to be the best day of my life. It was a disaster thanks to my photographer Thomas Outz, he made my wedding the worst day of my life.

He had done my sister's wedding back in 1989 and he was great now he is just an arrogant mean old man. It all started a few months before the wedding whenever my mother and I were looking for a photographer and she happened to call him and he said that he remembered doing my sister's wedding so he would give us a little discount and so my mom decided to go with him.

So we went to his office and he was nice when she was down there with us until he found out that he got the job then he became arrogant after that,

She went ahead that day and paid him his deposit which was half of his fee. He gave me a pamplet that had different poses that I could pick that I wanted in my package that we picked out and told me to take it home and decide which ones my fiance and I wanted so I did.

Whenever I got through with the list I tryed to take it back and he was never there. So I tryed for two weeks straight everyday calling or going bye to see about taking the list back to him and all this time he never once had his answering machine on and

I finally got in touch with him and told him that I had been trying to get in touch with because I wanted to give him the list back and my mother wanted to go ahead and pay off the rest of his bill and he told me that I was lying that I hadn't tried to get in touch with him and that I didn't have to worry about him going out of buisness until he was six feet under because this town wouldn't know what to do without him.

And if I was going to have and attitude with him I could go and find me another photograper that I "a customer was a dime a dozen", which I told my mom about it and she said it was to late to find another photographer just try to over look it which meant she didn't believe me anyway
the day of the wedding came and he was late and then he came in the room to get me and some of the poses I wanted him to take that was on the list he never took

then whenever he was taking my pictures which was about 20 minutes before the wedding he told me that I had to get married and then run down to the reception area of the church cut the cake without any of my guest in there to see it and come back to the altar and take the pictures of my husband and I and the wedding party then I could go back to the reception and I told him I didn't want to do it that way that we had decided to go to the reception area do our dances and eat then cut the cake visit with the guest and then we could go back in the church and take the rest of the pictures and he got irate and actually said "DO YOU THANK ALL OF THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO STAY HERE JUST TO BE WITH YOU?"

So anyway the wedding got over and we did like I said and he got so mad then we waited and waited for the pictures to get back and took forever and then when my mother and I went down there to get them he had the ones that I had specifically picked out on the list that he gave of poses that I wanted in my package set aside and told me those were not included that those were extras and I was going to have to pay extra for every single one of them.

My mom told me to let her handle it and I still don't have the pictures plus whenever we were there getting the pictures he said

I bet you never seen pictures this good and I was mad and told him yeah actually the ones that some of the guests took look almost as good if not better and he asked me if they had took them by the poses that he had set us up for and I said yeah some of them and

he said that they could not do that because it was against the law and he could have fined us for it so I told him that it my wedding and that if my guests wanted to they could.

I'M HOPING IF ANYONE READS THIS THAT THEY WILL NEVER USE OUTZ PHOTOGRAPHY IN WINDER, GA 30680 IF YOU DO IT WILL BE YOUR WORST DAY OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!
