Overflow Heating & Cooling, LLC Failed to repair Heatpump to work properly, honor the warranty, and verbally abusive Shelby County area Internet

Last year my heatpump began running for extended periods and failed to completely cycle off and the stopped producing heat. Being on a small fixed income I was forced to sell my graduation pin from Nursing School along with my college ring and one other ring in order to get the money for the repairs. I went to a web site that connects consumers to repair facilities. Witin minutes I received a phone call from Overflow Heating & Cooling and went over the issue I was having and was told by "Jeff" that he would be right out. I waited and actually made a call to someone else but decided to give him a little longer to come. He finally comes but it is already getting dark but he looks at my heatpump and tells me it will be $360. for a new blower motor and I ask him if he is sure that is all it is as I had to sell what little I had and couldn't afford to have anything else done if it wasn't.

He assures me he knows what he is doing and that he started the business to help make a better life for his "kids". I agree and before leaving he asks me about my treadmill and if I woiuld be willing to sell it to him. Needing the money more at the time I reluctantly agree to sell it for $225.00. The next day he is not there in the morning and arrives after dark but puts the parts in and tests the unit and still it is not working. He tells me that I also need a new heat control boards and thermostat and that is another $125.00 and I ask him if he is sure this time that is all that it needs as I was almost out of money and he assures me it is but that if it isn't he will take care of it when he comes back to do the servicing which he also is not going to charge me for. Each time I interact with him he is more abrupt and harsh in his verbalization. I feelt I had no choice but to continue hoping he would fix the issue. After he tells me the unit is fixed and sets up the servicing he leaves. He not only doesn't show back up or call me and each time I have to call him. He rescedules but keeps failing to follow through and meanwhile the issue is getting worse and my power bills keep going up due to the heatpump not being repaired properly. I let him know within a day of his leaving that the problem was starting as it had with the unit running for too long and failing to properly cycle off. After the second failure for him to come back out I was desperate and thought if I offered him my treadmill for $50. if the problem was something other than what he had repaired despite his telling me he wouldn't charge me anything else. I heard nothing from him for months and shortly before Christmas he appears at my front door expecting to get the treadmill for $50. without even looking at my heatpump. He finally agrees to paying $150.00 for the treadmill and fixing my heatpump. He tells me he has to go get the parts he needs and will be right back. About fifteen minutes after leaving he calls me for the first time since the initial call and is yelling and screaming at me and saying things that made no sense and I am saying "stop yelling at me" he said "I want out, I'll give you your money every cent so you can get someone else to fix it" and then hangs up on me. I was left physically shaken and in tears and felt extremely threatened to the point I feared he would show up while I was out with my dog.

I am almost 60yrs old, have MS, and Raynaud's along with other medical conitions, partially parylyzed and he got almost all the money I had $585. and I am left struggling without the ability to get anyone else to repair my heatpump and because of the heatpump my power bills have gotten to way over $400. amonth and tomorrow Alabama Power said they intend to disconnect my service. I might as well not sold my Nursing pin and other two items as I am no better off. I have tried everything I can and I don't know what to do. "Jeff" has not made any attempts to follow through by returning my money so I can get the repairs done.
