I had a hold placed upon my order, and had fixed it as per the instructions to do so. I had no reason to believe that there was still a hold on my order (since I had received an email saying as such). I then find myself poking around my account to see that I can print is STILL on hold, for no discernable reason. When I remove the hold *again*, the shipping date has changed to Tuesday.

I really very much needed these prints to be done for this weekend, this is pretty unacceptable. Worse, I have no need to rush them AFTER the weekend, and yet I don't seem to be able to at least take a cheaper shipping.

I sent an email and got nothing. I finally get a hold of customer support and tell them my problem, but apparently they insist that I am in the wrong and they did nothing to mess up my order, saying that they sent emails that they very clearly did not send. They also tell me that they can't refund my order, and can't change my shipping at all. They made some vague promises about refunding the difference after the fact, but I'm not holding my breath.

Word to the wise; if you need something printed fast, DON'T use this company, no matter what their name is.
