OvernightPrints.com looks like a fast, easy way to produce high quality printed materials for less than going to a local printer .... NOT. This company has cost me way more in time and lost opportunities than the savings is worth. I'm on my second reprint of a trifold brochure that keeps showing up with printing errors, folding issues, and cracked ink. It is packaged in a tiny box in a way that results in ripped and folded brochures. They let you upload files or send them in to "file support." Neither method will produce what appears on the screen or what the service people assure you will be done correctly. Calls and e-mails do not resolve the issues. This one, simple print job has taken over a month and I still do not have brochures that I would hand out to anyone without embarassment. Stay away from OvernightPrints.com unless you enjoy banging your head against the wall and wasting time and money.
