Overton, Russell, Doerr and Donovan, LLP Where is the communication line Clifton Park, New York

Received first letter from this company in March of 2013. Billed was paid to the hospital in full on 2/21/2013. Explained that to them the first time and was told to totally disregard the letter.

Received another letter in April of 2013, called them back and explained to them that this was the second letter that i have received and was told them that the last time i called they said "the hospital hasnt entered into thier system yet" and not to worry about it. I called on April 25th and was told that there wasnt any documentation in thier files that said i called and didnt understand why i was upset that this file hasnt been satified.

The rep for this company was very snotty, kept cutting me off and speaking over me. Finally i said to him in a stern voice to "listen to me please". He told me that it will be documented and i will not receive another report. I did ask them if they had contacted the hospital to see if they have entered it into thier system so i wouldnt be bothered again. Simple response from him was "we dont speak to them". I wonder how this company stays afloat without a line of communication?

I will also be sending a letter to the NYS Attorney General. I sure hope i dont receive another letter next month and if my credit is damaged because of this...all i can say is "oh boy"
