Overton, Russell, Doerr & Donovan Willing to pay full amount of what is being reported on my credit. They are unwilling to have the account deleted from my credit report. CLIFTON PARK, New York

I pulled my credit report and found an entry for $75.00 being reported by Overton, Russell, Doerr, and Donovan. I contacted them via certified mail indicating I am willing to pay the ENTIRE amount of the claim, in return for doing so and not contesting the claim I requested that they delete the entry from my credit report. I asked that they make any communication via mail. After not hearing from them for 10 days, I called the agency to check the status. I was put on the line with an obnoxiously rude woman, who informed me that the reason I had received no correspondence was because I gave no contact phone number in my letter. I specifically stated that they correspond with my through the mail
