I recieved a call from one of Ox Car Care sell reps trying to sell me an extended warrenty. I unfortunatlly agreed, the sales manager goton the phone and gave me a sales pitch and i agreed with the understanding that this coverage would cover drive train A/C and other items. 3or 4 months later when i go use this extened warrenty what happens BAM sorry sir your policy doesn't cover A/C work. So i call the warrenty people and they play this transfr game till I finally hang up and call back and I get to talk to the WONDERFUL MS. GIA HUNT THE LYING C@#T. Thats right LIAR, at this point she tells me the will help me and if all possible upgrade me to the one i should have had to begin with. So a week later I call back( because of course I never hear from her) only to find out oh I can't do anything because the dealership never sent her anything. YOU WANNA KNOW WHY be cause the lying b@%*h gave me a fake email so I have gotten maybe the right one now and we shall see.
MORAL OF THIS IS OX CAR CARE WARRENTY IS A FAKE AND WILL LIE TO YOU TO SELL THIS PRODUCT DON'T BUY AND DON'T BELIEVE GIA HUNT
I WILL BE GETTING A LAWYER!!!

Well this is my third report and let me tell you. STAY AWAY from these people they will lie to you and tell you what you wanna hear. Gia is a liar and told me she was going to do one thing and it didn’t happen the way she said it would. I had to make a statement saying that this company was honoring my clam and how they helped me out.
Well I wrote it and yes they DID NOT keep they word. So people PLEASE STAY AWAY from them they are scammers and liars cost you money and truth be known they will not cover anything on your vehicl.. NOR will they answer the phone or call you back. Once you do your part they block you or ignore your calls/ message.. OX CAR CARE SUCKS AND ARE MONEY Manipulators. Gia Hunt and OX CAR CARE

Hello all just an update on my filed report about Ox Car Care and Gia Hunt. After writing my complaint I have been in contact with Gia Hunt and she has been VERY helpful and has rectified the issue. I will have to say and recant my previous statment because when I wrote my statement we had a miscommunication on who‘s vehical was cover ( meaning mine or my wifes vehical). After talking with Gia my wifes vehical was covered but the part wasn’t. So question is “ would i recommend them” yes I would. Sorry for any misunderstanding. People and myself should always calm down before writing statments about someone or a company. Gia and Ox car care I apologize and hope this is in good faith.
Gia Hunt and Ox car care company do care about the consumer and do their best to help and rectify any problems they encounter.
