I was ripped off by Oxford Financial. They promised me a credit card designed to help rebuild my credit. I never recieved this card. They did however take my $249 processing fee. I followed the suggestions on the other ripp off reports. However, I was told that a paper check was used and there are different regulations for that. An ACH reversal can not be done.
