Oxford is a huge financial institution who uses people's people money to invest through purchases of various entities. recently they purhased la cite apartments now called oxford la cite apartments - a holding company. Since their purchase things have change services that are important to our well being and comfort as tenants are no longer being respected. major- they do not provide sufficient heating. In Montreal Quebec where temperatures drop to - 20 below zero in a 45-year old building with windows that have not been changed in 45 years let me tell you with the wind coming in through the windows at night 21 o celcius heat is not enough to adequately heat an apartment. nights are severely cold and by morning it is worse.  i have been in this condition since nov. 2013.  louis philippe leblknd-bouche, nicolas bouquet and Andrew macallan have been collecting my rent monthly and on time for years yet they have ignored my phone messages & registered letters. once they take my money (something obviously important to them and which should be used for the services/upkeep and basic needs for the tenants) they exploit the tenants for a corporate gain to impress their shareholders/pensioners.

Adequate heat in quebec is mandatory.

they are not fixing the problem the windows - nor turning up the heat gauge until winter passes so they can fix the wi

instead they raise the rent yearly/ lower their heating expenses by letting the tenants freeze.  no humanity just greed.
