Jonathan Barnett was the former Vice President of Franchise Development for Oxymagic Carpet Cleaning Powered by Oxygen. Although he was a fiduciary of our company I found out that he was starting a "copycat franchise" while still employed by Oxymagic.

Our equipment manufacturer called me and stated that Jonathan had sent a fax to their office claiming to be the owner of trade secrets and wanted to share secrets about Oxymagic. This within itself is criminal by nature and there are several U.S.C. codes that Mr. Barnett violated. Breach of fiduciary duty, wire fraud and missapropriation of trade secrets.

This evidence was turned over to the FBI twice. I expect that since white collar crime is not a big priority it just got filed away.

Jonathan converted Oxymagic's call center that was located in Lakewood Colorado. The computers and employees and started answering the phones with his new company name. Our terrible attorney that we hired to represent us failed in getting us an injuction against this new company.

His franchise organization is very deceptive with a large portion owned by his friends and family. His mother and college buddies.

Jonathan has made his company Oxifresh look bigger than what it actually is and using that deception as social proof to sell more franchises. The FTC should come down on him hard but after all that has happened I have NO faith in our civil or criminal system.

Jonathan with his MBA should have known that all he was doing was causing consumer confusion in the marketplace but Jonathan has NO creativity and stole our business model. The only way he has survived is by having some quality people around him-period.

I would suggest that anyone looking into buying a franchise from Jonathan Barnett investigate him and his company before spending a dime.

All the years of hard work "nearly ten years" stolen by a Christian college kid. He had his copycat company open for business in just weeks of quitting without notice as our VP of franchise development. He even stole ideas that he was against when he worked for us. Like his so called discovery day. He was totally against no obligation trainings when
I wanted to use it for Oxymagic. Until he seen it work. Study Mr. Barnett close and you'll see that he is a lier and a thief.
