Our gym burned down, and we were subsequently offered the opportunity to go to 2 other area gyms for no cost. We went to try out Oxygen and were made to fill out forms in order to work out there. We did not want to stay, so we left and did not return. Our old gym paid our fees until December 31,2008.
One and a half months later, we received a call from Oxygen saying we had not paid our membership fees, and we would need to or negotiate a cancellation fee. Despite having no billing information or credit information, they are now telling us we will be facing credit collections.
We are now faced with the potential of having to pay for a two year contract in full per this agreement.
