P & R General Contracting Company Ray Morris Did not complete Promised Work Savannah Georgia

We had this company do contracting on our house which it was going to take 2 weeks, but we had to live in construction for 6 weeks. The workers of this company were drinking and smoking drugs on our property. The company did not have proper supplies and tools to complete the job correctly. They also not in contract took our front ac unit because they said it was not working and replaced it with a refurbushied unit and this was in December 13 and it is now April 14 and we still do not have heat and we have a toddler who was without heat all winter. When we did try to run the units our bill was over $500.00 and without it only $112.00. GA Power came out and stated it was the heating unit not fuctioning properly. When I contact him he said he has already spent his money he did not have to spend he is done trying to get the a/c guy to fix even though it had a 'WARRANTY". The contracter was also our inspector and he said the units were working so it isn't his obligation to fix it and they took my old unit without my concent. If were know it had to be done we would have added to contract. Now we do not have the money to fix and we no heat or ac. I would not let them even come on your property. I also had to fight with him, he was suppose to put in new appliances and he put in used ones I had to fight to get the new appliances put in.
