P90xExtremeHomeFitness p90xshops@gmail.com, I order a set of DVD's over 1 week ago. My Credit Card was charged. I have been trying to contact the company ever since to check the status of my order and no one has replied. Internet

I had contacted the interned company on July 7th and placed an order for DVD's. 

I received a reply from the company stating that my order was being processed.

I have checked several time to see the status of my order and it still states that it is being processed.

I received another email from a company who received and processed the payment for the above.  I immediately contacted the company to check again on the status. 

I sent them several emails in this regard and yet the refuse to reply.
