i also got ripoff from brent jessee recording he sell leftover and junk tubes i order a match quartet of amperex of 7308 pq d geter he ship me 1 amperex cep o geter 1 jan halo geter 1 6922 o geter and 1 no brand and defective he had the nerve to tell me he ran out of amperex 7308 pq but the ones he ship me they are all the same from hicksville ny and there are no sonic difference i sent it back and makes complaint and ask for refund and he claim that he maid a refund to my card and refund did not reflect in my card acount and then he had the nerves to tell me he maid the refund to my old card also a lie i went to the bank there were no refund also. I maid several claim with no results he plays around with false information I end up with no tubes no money he uses his relatives and friends for recomedation and good feedback and establish his reputation in which I doubt very much he get around with lot of tricks and beat the system the man is not very honest he just a bad business man he lacks of knowledge of electronics specially in tubes his gears are old and not adequate for testing tubes compared with andy bowman gear brent copy every word lore tubes evaluation and comparison its not brent idea he do not know sht about tubes just words from another professional like lore and bowman and other brent is a fake

Regarding the report I've seen painting Brent Jessee's business in a negative light - everyone has their own experiences, and in business we have all had our share of experiences that we didn't feel were fair or of the best quality. But sometimes the consumer isn't always right, and it's easy to forget that when we try to do things against a company's policy and just want to get our way. This report smells of that to me. With respect, it also smells of someone that doesn't understand how to create a coherent sentence, which might explain their issue with credit card usage.
My experience with Brent Jessee has been superior. I actually came here originally becuase I received an incorrect pair of tubes and was wondering if I had made a bad purchase decision. Before I could even read the reviews, I received a phone call from Brent apologizing for the error. And we ended up having a great conversation about the characteristics of the tubes compared to others I was interested in. He even proceeded to send the correct pair THAT DAY before I had returned the originals, so I could enjoy them before the holidays. This is the pinnacle of customer service, and clearly an effort by someone that cares about his business.
Unfortunately, Google brings this "ripoff" page up when you search for his name. Shame on the guy that even started this mess. Anyone that has found their way to this site because they're looking for a reputable tube dealer and were initiallly impressed with Brent's website but wanted to make sure he was the real deal: HE'S THE REAL DEAL. Purchase with confidence and know you're getting a good deal with an honest business.

I am fairly new to Brent Jessee and audio tubes.com. However I have transacted with this company 4 times to date, and both the product and service was absolutely first rate.
The tubes i purchased were simply the best tubes I've ever experienced, and by a wide margin. I am actively involved in electronics engineering, and not easily impressed.
The service was also first rate. When selling a product as good as Brent Jessee sells, great service follows naturally. This has certainly been the case in my experience. It's hard to imagine the complaint filed by the complainant could have taken place, it is so out of character for this company.
Btw, I am not a friend or relative or shill for Brent Jessee. I live in a different country and have never met the man.
