We did work for them in Florida, summited all paper work on time but were never paid. Called over ten times and always got a different story as to why they couldn't pay us. The last story we were told was that the client they had  filed bankruptcy. We weren't hired by the client  but by .Horrible company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Why Can't Business Owners Read?

AUTHOR: reviewer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 02, 2017

Upon doing business with Pacific Air, vendors are given a contract agreement.  It's very short, 2 pages, and is very straight foreward.  Even companies like this one has been paid regardless of our customer situation.  In the contract however, it does state that if the customer doesn't pay, then we don't pay.  This ensures quality service in areas we cannot oversee so that our customers are happy.  If they go bankrupt, we are not responsible for that.  As a business themselves they are allowed to attempt to collect from the customer at this point.  We at Pacific Air do honest, straight foreward business.  Our customers stay with us for that reason.  If the customer is shady, we cannot represent them to our vendors.  Not only this, but our vendors receive multiple customers from us, not just 1 or 2 stores.  They should really complain about the store that went bankrupt and not us.
