There is really not that much more to say than what has already been written in the many reports filed before mine. This was just something else to depress one. They don't care a hoot what sacrifices a lot of us made to even come up with the $50 in the first place. I sure would like to have it back now right before Christmas where things are rather tight here.
Without sounding bitter I would like to say to the entire crew of Pacific Brochures: I hope you all can live with yourselves with what you have helped contribute to. I'll get over it, but I won't forget it. I'm just wondering what kind of people are you? I hope you're proud of yourselves!!!

I am in the same boat as you. I send them $50 back on September 4, 2014 and they send me a packet of what they said they were going to do. I waited and waited for my envelopes and got nothing. I called and their customer service sucked. They said I had to contact Diane and she never called me back. So I send an email asking for a refund because I was not happy with the service. Henry Wotton is who email me back and said to wait for envelopes and he also told me I just got started and I emailed him back saying I still want my refund and nothing. So now I am out the $50. I am very disappointed.
