Pacific Capital Leasing Julian Duong Not only did he destroy my dream, he almost destroyed my family Santa Ana California

It started with a dream to own a food truck. I wanted to create income for my family and I was actually referred to Julian Duong at Pacific Capital Leasing for a loan for purchase. It took me awhile to get financially able to put the money($2,400) down for the loan. I understood that the equipment would be collateral. I picked out the equipment and I was told the amont of money I would need to secure the financing. I wired the money through my bank, The Credit Union. I began shopping for the equipment. When the shopping was done thats when the excuses started. Excuse after excuse and He talked so fast and then made these empty promises.

My Husband got so mad he said Enough is enough Just send the money back and keep the loan. That was in April. He sent cancellation form that had to be notorized and mailed back. That was completed in May. You see I either needed the food truck to generate more income or the money I gave him to catch up on bills . I have neither, so my household is falling apart. I jumped through every hoop he placed before me and he has lied and lied and lied. I can't afford a lawyer locally much less one in California.
