This company advertises $29.00 garage door service. When they get to your property. they charge you $180.00 to inspect your garage door opener. the technician looked at my garage door system. It took him less then 5 minutes. He didnt even bring in his tools. He told me that I needed a new garage door opener. and my total charge for him to come out is $231.00. After the tech left my house, I called his office to complain about this scam. I was transfered to a supervisor who was very very rude to me. I would never ever use this company again, nor refer them to anyone. Last, the tech they sent out, was driving a kia, and when he got out of the car, he had on jeans with words inprinted onh them and his pants were hanging off of his butt. When he got out of the car, I asked him, are you from pacific overhead door?

This complaint is from Lakewood Washington. They have identified us from Portland, Oregon and we do not work in this area. It is over 100 miles outside of our service area. Please re-identify the offending party. I know there is another Pacific Overhead Door in Washington which is not at all related to us.
We very much value our good reputation and would appreciate this complaint being corrected.
