DO NOT BUY ICE BEAR PRODUCTS (ATV'S) THERE ARE JUNK!!!!

I purchased a $1,200.00 ICE BEAR R-9 125cc(CHINESE MADE)Japenese style Racing Quad from Chris Slager at TMS Powersports aka:Tullymotorsports) When it arrived it was damaged (from packaging) with a broken headlight, light socket, leaking rear oil shock and scratches on the body where the tires had sit rubbing on the body and a broken carbureator choke lever. It also had major electrical problems and a bad kill switch. Closer inspections showed cheap parts were used,shoddy welds all over, broken and missing bolts and the assembly left a lot to be desired. A lot of the parts weren't tightened all the way down and the wiring was pitifully connected with inferior quality connectors that kept falling out of each other when touched.

I would have sent it back to TMS POWERSPORTS but Mr. Chris Slager-owner of TMS said I had to pay the freight back. The biggest part was ICE BEAR and TMS advertised and continue to advertise ICE Bears R-8 and R-9 125cc(CHINESE MADE)Japenese style Racing Quads with dual exhausts, directionals, mirrors, speedo, etc that were supposed to be on mine. Mr. Slager later explained to me that those pictures were a "mock-up" model that was put together for a Las Vegas ATV Show.Important onfo that would have influenced the sale if I had known. Both Mr. Slager and Ice Bears-Jeff guaranteed me that they would make it right by getting me any and all the parts that were defective and missing including the accessuries that appeared on their website that I had already mentioned.

Oh. 89 EMAILS-that's right 89 emails were sent to TMS and ICE BEAR. Mr. Slager would not talk to me after the sale except through emails!!!ICE BEAR HAS NO PARTS (I waited over 10 weeks and no parts were ever shipped) Their representives, especially Jeff (TMSs salesperson)at the warehouse in Ca. are the rudest people I have ever met... I called and emailed Jeff at Ice Bear and Mr.Slager-TMS POWERSPORTS repeatedly. Jeff-salesman at ICE BEAR. lied to me repeatedly about having parts let alone sending them, then many times he and other sales persons kept hanging up the phone on me and wouldn't talk to me.

Other websites are now selling ICE BEARS products so BEWARE, they have no parts to fix warranty work or after that and remember the workmanship and quality!!!!
I was lucky enough to send back mine only because I had used my credit card though Mr. Slager at TMS POWERSPORTS still owes me $588.80 for shipping and labor he promised to pay me by email but ripped me off and Blessed me instead.., so my advice to anyone thinking about purchasing an ICE BEAR ATV or other products they make... BE ADVISED NOW!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T!!! Expecially from TMS POWERSPORTS, they will lie to you and rip you off for shipping costs, labor Mr. Slager authorized in emails and and also yes you to death!!yes you to death had authorized and just plain cheat you!!! Thanks so much for your support.
