I was solicited to enter into a loan agreement with Robin Thompson and its company Pacific West Equity & Financial Company, (PWEF) mortgage broker and Barons Investment & Trust of NY and Nuway Venture LLC.of NV. They issued an LOI to fund $26 million and they supplied me with a phony letter, proof of funds, from it's partner, BARONS INVESTMENT & TRUST of NY, which shows a balance in (PWEF)'s account of $1.8 billion. Mr. Thompson demanded a refundable $35,000 deposit that I paid.

Mr. Thompson confirmed receiving the wire, and I forwarded all documents requested and they acknowledged receiving same. Mr. Thompson promised to close within 7 days, which he changed 5 times and on the last scheduled date of March 6th, at the 11th hour, he said there is no money to fund and that it could take 5 years to fund.

Mr. Thompson never funded the loan or rendered any service. I demanded for my deposit back. He told me to F myself and when I told him that I would report him to your department, he said to F them too. These individuals mentioned above are in conspiracy to fraud and indeed committed Mortgage Fraud.

In addition to, I believe that Robin Thompson also is involves in the following,
(1) Falsification of financial information, including false accounting entries due to the letters they issue, and false transactions designed to evade regulatory oversight;
(2) Self-dealing by corporate insiders, including:
(a) Insider Trading;
(b) Kickbacks; to others,
(c) Misuse of corporate property for personal gain; and,
(d) Individual tax violations related to self-dealing;
(3) Fraud in connection with an otherwise legitimately-operated mutual or hedge fund (including, late trading, certain market timing schemes, falsification of net asset values like the Proof of Funds letter attached, and other fraudulent or abusive trading practices by, within, or involving a mutual or hedge fund); and,
(4) Obstruction of justice designed to conceal either of the above-noted types of criminal conduct, particularly when the obstruction impedes the inquiries of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), other regulatory agencies, and/or law enforcement agencies.
Fees/Commissions/Bonuses based on Brokers Fraud.
Bonuses, paid (outside or at settlement) for fee-based services
Higher than customary fees
Falsifications on Proof of Funds letter
Requested from his customers to sign blank application
Fake Supporting Documentation to be able to collect upon front fees
Requested his customers to sign blank employee or bank forms
Requested from his customers to sign other types of blank forms

Any recommendation to get my deposit back???
