Pacific Working Capital is an offshoot of Platinum Financial, OC. These people promise equipment loans and working capital loans.  Once they receive your deposit payment, they say that you are no longer qualified for the loan.  When you ask for your money back, you probably won't get it back but may get a portion back (they will keep as much as they can under the guise of exerting effort to secure a loan for you).  For example, I am out $6,200.00 that I will never get back.  They use bait and switch tactics that are illegal. There are many individuals that have experienced this scam and I have their testimonies as well.  Search for Platinum Financial, OC online or on the BBB website or read more at Platinumfinancial.info to see what kind of people operate this new company. They don't provide a physical address on their website and that should already be a red flag.  I am a real person and I, along with others, have been defrauded by the same people that recently opened Pacific Working Capital in Orange, CA.  Tom Leonard, Mike Ruiz, Nick Martin, and others are part of this fraud. BE CAREFUL.

These people are fraud artists

Tom Leonard, Mike Ruiz, and Nick Martin know perfectly well who I am.  In fact they sued me last year in the Superior Court of the State of California - Orange County when I publicly accused their company of fraud.  The court case number is 30-2013-00688512-CU-BC-CJC. They ended up losing and paying my legal fees.  I am a real person and you can verify that by calling or texting me at 630-675-0365. I also have substantial evidence that proves that Pacific Working Capital is operated by the same people as Platinum Financial, OC which is the reason that Pacific Working Capital doesn't list their physical address on their website.  I have evidence that Tom Leonard is part of both companies. I also have evidence that Nick Martin is part of both companies.  Call me crazy all you want Tom and cohorts but I have proof and you merely have fiction.  You claim that this forum is damaging to small businesses when your company prays on small businesses.  You took $6200 from my company, $7000 from Lynn who needed a new truck for his carpentry business if I recall correctly, and then a couple thousand from Sal, and so on and so forth (the list is long and I have their testimonies as well).  Don't you dare sit there and claim that this forum is hurting small businesses like yours.  For shame that people like you can pray on the weak but you made a mistake assuming that I would sit by idly while you open up a new company to steal from more innocent people.  Do not be scammed by this company.  There are many reputable finance companies out there and I will gladly provide anyone with information for them.

Since Feb 15,2015 our customer service email has recieved numerous email threats from this person who we have no records for and dont understand why they keep referring to us as Platinum Financial. I do not know where this person is getting their information but we ask that they please stop. The emails that came thorugh to our customer service were very disturbing and I do not believe this person is of stable mind so we have been advised to ignore the emails and have no correspondences with this person.

I find these websites very harmful to small businesses, there is no "fact checking" done and obviously anyone can write anything they wish on this website and its up to the small businesses to spend money to go after these people theourgh civil procedures. Again we ask that this person stop contacting our company and we hope whatever personal issues they are going thorough get resolved.
